Traffic on the sidebar
I'm a late adopter of this (it's been out for 2 months now - what was the NBC re-run motto? If you haven't seen it, it's new to you!), but it is a darned cool thing - a live traffic map for an assortment of U.S. cities for the Vista Sidebar.
